:hhhmmm I'm not so sure that was a good idea posting your website on CF. I think you'll find you've broken the rules and may get banned.

Of course that decision is down to the staff.

If you truly want to be a contributing and helpful member, you can participate best by properly introducing yourself (without promoting your site) and telling us about your own studies.

It's not a spam site thank you very much its a proper site with exam and study guides for the A+ dont know how classed it has "spam"

Newbie myself but id guess the difference is you were linking to your site as opposed to somebody elses.
As you point outs its material that helped you then there could be copyright issues encountered. Could you not link to your source of the info, or if its from a publication maybe list the publication?

 

Yep. Advertising costs money. Spamming does not. If you want to advertise, you can contact the forum admins here. Very nice bunch, I must say.

And before anyone considers linking to a site under the false pretenses that it's "someone else's site", posts like that from newer members are typically met with a large degree of skepticism... suffice it to say that the moderators here have seen that trick far too many times to count.
