    Hello Forum

I wish I had found this place sooner, would have saved me a lot of money, stress and time

Just been burnt by a training provider and so I want to use this forum to warn others.

Thanks. Yes I do work in IT (For the moment). My company is making people redundant left right and centre at the moment and therefore due to this I have been in a bit of a panic as I don't have any real qualifications/certifications as such so if I get the chop I don't have anything to my name.

I am here because I went on a training course with a company called The Knowledge Academy a couple of months ago and it was not a pleasant experience when they treated me like dirt because I complained about the course and instructor they even removed my review from trustpilot claiming I referred to other companies.

What do you do in IT? What sort of experience do you have?

Certs are obviously good, and highly recommended, but often experience will count just as well. I'm sure you would be able to find something else regardless, so don't panic too much.

    Certifications: ECDL, Does that Count!?!

I have been to a few interviews which were organised through people I used to work with but agencies have pretty much ignored me. I think I might have something in a few weeks nothing 100%, but horrible not knowing.

So looking at their website it looks like ITIL and Service Management style training, is that the kind of work you're doing now? If so I am sure that there is plenty of that work out there. Fingers crossed for you.
