    I've been off Alcohol, coffee and soft drinks since the 1st of September. Feel good and no longer need a coffee to wake up :) Still drink sparking flavored water and flavored green teas which really like now :-)

    I tend to stop and start with it, when it gets to the point where I need coffee just to function then I quit for a few weeks.

    I had my first coffee in about 5 months yesterday, it was lovely actually (I have had may 20 coffees in the last 40 years).

    Had my first coffe again yesterday morning, enjoyed it but I'm going to stick to the green teas. Also had my first JD and coke for a month tonight. Also nice and also not going to be drinking much going forward

    See I am not a great drinker, I don't find the need to drink (perhaps it's because I drive every day but in the past 10 months I can count on two hands how many drinks I have had).

    Seriously think I might drop dead at any moment. I’m at least two cups of coffee a day (the high strength stuff) – only get about five\six hours sleep during the week and spend 99.9% of the weekend propping up a bar.

    Oh well – could be worse! :)

    Ha ha that's a good amount of sleep depending on what websites you read. Two cups isn't bad at all is it. For me it's a boredom thing so I'd drink several cups just for something to do half the time. If you don't drunk through the week that's better than What I just did having a month off apparently as I'm more likely to think I can batter it now and that I'm ok cos I take a month a year off. Seems like these things change ever day, what's good bad right amounts etc
