Hi all

I'm sure you'll have seen many tech companies laying people off. Common practice, but I've got a few friends who are struggling to get a job. It doesn't help when the big players dump a few hundred people onto the market I find.

Have you seen this? My employer is hiring heavily, but they also can have their pick of candidates it seems. I know of many really good people who didn't get in.

I feel very fortunate to have a role at a company I love right now
